acotgreave If yr wksheet is complex + slow 2 update, disable automatic updates on Worksheet and/or Quick Filters (via Data menu or F10)

The most useful for me has been Control E – show the sheet detail – really good for checking table calc partitioning and the number of members in each dimensionImage may be NSFW.
